Job-seeker annual access
Fees for annual-access services already provided are normally non-refundable. Requests involving unused access are assessed individually, including any rights required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect charge or paid access that was not activated.
Business registration
A business may request cancellation before verification review begins. Once review has started, the registration fee is normally non-refundable because verification work has commenced.
Vacancy fees
A vacancy fee may be refunded if the vacancy was not published because of a Job Net technical error. Fees for a vacancy already published are normally non-refundable. If a listing is rejected before publication, we assess any fee for services actually provided and any refund due for unused services.
False information and closed accounts
If an investigation confirms deliberately supplied, materially false information, Job Net may suspend or close the account. Fees for services already provided are normally non-refundable. We will assess unused services, the circumstances of the closure and any legally required refund individually. An allegation, suspension or account closure alone does not automatically forfeit all fees. You may ask us to review an account or refund decision.
How to request a review
Use the contact form and choose “Payment question.” Include the account email, transaction reference, payment date and reason for the request. Do not include card or banking details. This policy does not limit any rights that apply under Barbados law.
